How to Import Your MetaMask Wallet into Slope Wallet


Now, let’s take a look at the steps that you will need to follow in order to migrate your MetaMask wallet into your Slope Wallet.

If you haven’t already downloaded the Slope Wallet app, you can do so on Google Play Store if you are using Android or the App Store if you are using iOS.

Before you start, please remember to back up your wallet before you make any changes to them.

Step 1: Export an account's private key from metamask

Click on the account button:

  1. Go to 'Settings':

  2. Select 'Security & Privacy':

  3. Scroll down and then click on 'Show private key':

  4. Enter your password:

  5. Copy your private key:

Please make sure to never share this key with anyone as you can compromise your account in doing so.

 

Step 2: Go to the Slope Wallet Import Screen


Go to your Slope Wallet app, click your address, click add wallet

 

you will have an option for import Private Key

Step 3: Import the Private Key

To easily recognize your wallet, type a name that you can easily recognize on the ‘Name’ textbox and the private key that you backed up.

 

 

Step 4: Storing Your Cryptocurrencies with Slope Wallet

Now that you have successfully migrated your MetaMask wallet into your Slope Wallet, you can proceed to send, receive, or buy ETH.
